Support Plans for New M4000 Systems

STI offers a range of support plans for new STISIM Drive®  M4000 systems, from basic remote software support to more extensive plans with multi-year support, comprehensive hardware coverage, and on-site visits to ensure your system stays in top working order.

Platinum Support Plan

  • Up to five years
  • Remote and on-site software and hardware support
  • Parts, labor, travel, and shipping

Gold Support Plan

  • Up to five years
  • Remote software and hardware support
  • All parts and remote labor

Silver Support Plan

  • Up to 9 years of continuous coverage available
  • Remote software support, remote hardware diagnostics
  • Any necessary parts, additional remote labor, or on-site support will be quoted separately.

Existing Customers Support Plan

Bronze Support Plan

  • For current customers with STISIM Drive® systems still under warranty or with active software support plans in place.
  • Remote software support, remote hardware diagnostics
  • Replacement parts and on-site support will be quoted on request.

Pay-As-You-Go Support

For Customers with STISIM Drive® systems not under a software support plan and no longer under warranty, STI will provide software support, remote diagnostics, and troubleshooting on an hourly fee basis.
